Pick-up and transfer from/to Vienna International Airport will be provided. Therefore, we kindly ask you to book flights arriving on Monday, 10th May 2027, between 11:00 and 15:00 hrs at Vienna Airport. For departure, we request the use of flights on Friday, 10th May 2027, in the period from 11:00 to 15:00 hrs.

Please arrive in Wiener Neustadt on Monday, 10th May 2026, by 1800 hrs. to the Ice Breaker.
Our recommended hotels are situated near Wiener Neustadt Central Station and the event venues, and are within easy walking distance.

Arrival by car:
